The Governing Board is a decision-making body which is recognized by the Education Act and the Ministère de l’Éducation (MEQ). The committee is formed of parents, teachers and support staff. Members are elected by their peers at the general assembly that usually takes place at the beginning of the school year. Parents are elected to serve a two-year mandate.
